This support website is designed to support products that NVIDIA sells directly to end users, such as the NVIDIA 3D Vision product line, and also answer pre-sales questions about NVIDIA technology.
NVIDIA designs processors that enable our partners to build industry leading visual computing products. The vast majority of products based on NVIDIA technology are sold and supported by our partners. While our partners all choose NVIDIA’s technology as a core component for their solutions, they do implement that technology in different ways, and therefore it is not possible for NVIDIA to directly support their products. Our list of partners include companies such as EVGA, PNY, Dell, HP, Apple, Acer, ASUS and many others.
The best way to get support for your graphics card, notebook or PC that contains NVIDIA technology is to contact the appropriate manufacturer of your product. For your convenience, a partial list of our partners and customers can be found here.
Drivers up to date?
The first step to troubleshooting an issue that may involve a product with an NVIDIA processor is to make sure that you have the latest drivers installed. Download the latest drivers here.
For Notebook Computers:
1) Primary Source = Notebook Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
The primary source for graphics drivers is from your notebook OEM. These drivers have been fully qualified by the OEM to work with their specific notebook customizations. NVIDIA does not control the schedule for updates to these OEM drivers.
2) Optional Source = Direct from NVIDIA
If you have an 8-series or higher GPU, NVIDIA offers reference notebook driver updates on NVIDIA.com for most GeForce M series and Quadro NVS series notebook GPUs.
Please note that drivers direct from NVIDIA are provided “as is” and do not carry any guarantees, warranties, or support. NVIDIA recommends that you check with your notebook OEM about recommended software updates for your notebook. OEMs may not provide technical support for issues that arise from the use of drivers on NVIDIA.com.
Notebook drivers from NVIDIA can be downloaded here.
